How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your ConnectionFox account by following these steps:

Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the ConnectionFox app and sign in to your account
  2. Navigate to Settings from the menu
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision by typing "DELETE" when prompted
  5. Tap the Delete My Account button to complete the process

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

  1. Send an email to [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - ConnectionFox"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account in the body of the email
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Account Information: Your email address, display name, and profile settings
  • Contacts: All people you've added to your social graph
  • Groups: All groups you've created to organize your contacts
  • Relationships: All relationship data including context and cadence settings
  • Interaction History: All logged events and interactions with your contacts
  • Notes: All notes and context items attached to your contacts
  • Tags: All custom tags you've created
  • Nudges: All pending and resolved outreach reminders
  • Notification Preferences: Your push notification and quiet hours settings
  • Device Tokens: All registered devices for push notifications
  • Usage Records: Your AI draft usage history
  • Action Prompts: Any pending engagement prompts

Data Retention

The following information may be retained after account deletion:

  • Billing Records: If you had an active subscription, basic transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations and tax law.
  • Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for product improvement purposes.
  • Legal Compliance: Data may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting your account, you may want to export your data from Settings → Export Data.

Deletion Timeline

  • Immediate: Your account access will be revoked immediately upon confirmation
  • Within 24 hours: Your personal data will be removed from our active systems
  • Within 30 days: Your data will be purged from our backup systems
